Promised item was cancelled on 5 occasions and found out today it wasnt - dishes


I am extremely disappointed with BTR. I placed an order on Dec. 29/14 and received an email on Dec. 31/14 stating that they made an error in pricing and that they had cancelled one item and placed the order for the other item, dishes. I emailed them back and stated that 1 set of dishes was of no use to me that is why I ordered two. I requested that the cancel the order and credit my CC. I received no reply. I have contacted BTR numerous times by email and telephone. I have been advised 5 times that my order was cancelled and that my CC would be refunded. Guess what? I contacted them today by telephone and my order was never cancelled. They lied to me. What type of business is this? I have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and have noticed that the customer service has been declining. Had the customer service representative taken the time to contact me by either email or telephone this wouldn't be taking place. Instead she arbitrarily placed an order on my behalf.
