WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO RETURNS
I have been a BTR customer since 2010. I purchase a lot from them. Boots, coats, scarves, even fondue machines. You name it, and most likely I've bought it. Anyway I recent ordered a red jacket from them. The jacket I recieved looked nothing like the picture and it was not true to size at all. It was extremely big. i sent it back stating that the item was too big and looked nothing at all like the description. I later get credited back for the jacket minus 9.95 for shipping. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? 10 DOLLARS FOR A RETURN LABEL? I emailed them explaining that the price for the return label is absolutely ridiculous, and they email me back a screen shot of their return policy. WOW WAIT A GO! SUCH LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be purchasing from them again. And I will be telling all my friends whom I referred about this incident. I want them to be aware of the absolute ridiculousness of BTR's returns.
