someome else's order in my parcel -Worst service ever
I ordered few items for m'y first order. It vas been shipment in few parcels, but one of them had someone else's order inside. The bag was at my name, but the packing slip days the order belongs to someone in a different province. I returned the wrong items directly at the warehouse, but I have been struggling for 6 weeks to her my items!!!! I call every week for a status update, but no one can tell me when I can have what I paid for!! A customer rep even told me the merchandise is available, but still nothing done yet..next step is to obtain my refund by contesting the purchase with Visa. Also two items were returned, but only one has been credited. I'm so fed up with BTR!!!
