Wallet shipping time - Hobo leather wallet
I ordered a wallet from BTR on Aug 15 and they still have not even shipped it out.Today is Sept. 5th! I have inquired about this and they never got back to me so today I sent a message through their live chat. Their response : ..Oh, it should have shipped out, but we will get back to you next week. Really!! Lousy customer service, really bad communication and the value is not there. I am taking my money elsewhere.Shame on you BTR for not taking your customers seriously. This company is going down the tubes!
