Hello Mirnainc, thank you for taking the time to review BTR here on Measuredup. We're sorry to hear about your disappointment with your recent purchase of your red jacket. Usually, most of the merchandise we sell is true to size, however, it is not uncommon for brands to differ in size depending on the manufacturer or designer. We're also sorry that your jacket did not look like what was advertised on the site, and if this is a case where we may have shipped you the wrong jacket. In the event that we ship an incorrect or damaged item, your return shipping will be on us.

In any case where a customer is making a return for any reason other than a fault of BTR, we do deduct the cost of our return label, if our label is used.

We would be happy to investigate this issue further for you and will also be happy to credit your 9.95$ return shipping back to your account. Please email us at social@beyondtherack.com with your order # and we would be more than happy to help with this.
