Still did not get return refund for the damage garment - Belted Jersey Dress in Heliotrope. BTR Case#: CS4190951


I ordered a dress from BTR, when it arrived it was damaged. I call their Customer Service toll free number and was asked to send the picture of the damaged item. They agreed to refund me the entire amount via the original form of payment (that is, back to my credit card).

I was ask to wait for 7 business days. I open the case with them on 6th of August 2014 and on the same day was issued a Case# suggesting the the amount will be refunded in full to my credit card. It is now 12 business days (more then 2 weeks) and still I have not recieved my refund. I have called BTR Customer Service several time last week and this week. Everytime I call them they ask me to wait 48 hrs more.

2 days ago (that is on 18th Aug 2014) I demanded to speak to a Customer Service Supervisor. I spoke a Supervisor named Christoper who promised that the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. Today once again that new 48 hrs deadline has passed and I still don't see the refund appearing on my credit card.

The original payment was $23.89 via my credit card and $10 using my BTR credit.

I don't see any refund yet.

Tomorrow morning I plan to call BB and my bank to dispute the payment, if I don't get any response from Christoper (the Supervisor)
