Spam much?

I unsubscribed from the email preferences countless times, over a period of about 3 months, yet I continue to get weekly emails. Their customer service is useless. The times when they DID actually reply to me, I was told that they would unsubscribe me and my preferences would be updated within 24 hours. Alas, the emails never stopped. The live chat representative today was equally annoying. She brushed me off, told me she would unsubscribe me after I asked for my account to be cancelled. Then she hastily left the chat. Why you gotta be so rude, Kathy? I just sent another email asking that my account be cancelled. Here's hoping they finally listen. I could handle the annoying spam, but the way they dealt with it made me want to be done with them for good. Ain't nobody got time for that!

It has been 2 weeks since I received acknowledgement that my account had been deactivated. I just got another promotional email in my inbox today. The same email address I used to crate and account with BTR, which has supposedly now been closed, is being used by this company to send me emails. What is it going to take? I have to put up with the unwanted spam or delete my email account too? Figure it out, guys.
