Slow Shipping & Useless Costumer Service - Iphone gloves

With all these complaints about slow shipping you would think that they'd do something about it! I purchased Iphone gloves to send as a Christmas gift and its December 4th and it still hasn't even been shipped. I called their Costumer Service and it was like talking to a child, they seemed to know a lot less than I did! Wont be shopping there again.
