Hi everyone , I'd like to share my experience with the Beyond the Rack . I ordered wall art ( two paintings ) from Beyond the Rack before Christmas and the shipping was 2-3 business days. I called them on the second day after I ordered and i asked them to cancel my order , representative said ok we canceled your order but they didn't, and after new year i received package from them with wall art that i canceled . I called them and they told me that i cannot return wall art and they don't have notes that i called them and canceled my order and Beyond the Rack representative told me to wait for email from them they have to think what we can do here, and no one never send me email, no one never called me from beyond the rack , and now I cannot get my money back ,I cannot return it to them, and I would never order from them again.
