I have been a very active shopper with beyond the rack for a year or so now. Recently I noticed I was charged twice for an order of $130 and when I contacted beyond the rack I recieved nothing but short replies and dishonesty. They tried to tell me it was a bank error but when I contact the bank they were able to explain it perfectly. Beyond the rack did not complete the translation on time and it was returned to me so rather than explaining this they just charged my card again without informing me. I will not trust this company again with my business. Beware. Extremely unfriendly representatives who did. It appreiate my business at all. Don't waste your time and money.
