This review has been resolved or replied to by this company.
Consumers please be aware of BTR return policy. They do not allow you to get your money back if you return your items other than for faulty goods. this is ridiculous because other stores and site will return payment to original method of payments. I am very disappointed with BTR and their policy and will reconsider doing business with them in the future. A very mad and disappointed customer.

I am really sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with BTR. At BTR we not only pride ourselves on providing brand names at the lowest prices, but we also take a great deal of pride in our Customer Service. We take your comments seriously and would like to take the opportunity to rectify this problem. If you could email us at social@beyondtherack.com, we will reach out to you as soon as possible. I would like to mention that our return policy is due to the fact that we are not a retailer, we are a private online shopping club. All of our merchandise is ordered specifically as our clients place their orders during the time of the sale. We do not carry stock in our warehouse, therefore when an item is returned back to us, we are effectively purchasing the inventory back from our customers. Due to the circumstances, all returns are indeed accepted within a 1 year timeline for BTR credit.
