Beyond The Rack Poor Quality Items and Poor Customer Service


I ordered almost $2000 worth of stuff and about 100 items and it has been nothing but problems. 1st problem: So far i have received about 20 items and they are poor quality there is absolutely no way that they are the original price they ever said they were and when I called BTR to tell them i will be returning the items they tell me i will only be getting a credit back for the items instead of a refund why would I want $600 in credit to get more poor quality items. 2nd problem: When I have called to cancel the remaining orders they tell me it has already been shipped but when i call Canada Post I am told they have never even received the items that BTR said were shipped. 3rd Problem: after already waiting 3 weeks for an order i click on the tracking number and it says tracking number not found so when I called BTR they said they would look into it and call me back or send an email so then I receive an email saying that the shipment was lost with Canada Post and that it will take 15-20 to run an investigation, so i called Canada Post again and they again said they never received the item in the first place so after talking to 3 representatives at BTR one of them said that the item was never shipped out even though it said it was shipped on January 2nd. I will never purchase from BTR again and I will be making sure I let everyone I know how horrible the products and the customer service are at Beyond The Rack . I have never been so disappointed with online shopping as I was with this company

Hi Barra, thank you for taking the time to review BTR. We're very sorry to hear about what sounds like a negative experience. We're also very sorry if you were not aware of our return policy and that the quality of the merchandise you received was less than expected.
At this time our returns policy is due to the fact that we are not a retailer, we are a private online shopping club. All of our merchandise is ordered specifically as our clients place their orders during the time of the sale. As per our return policy located in our FAQs and mentioned on each item description on the website, items which are eligible for return are accepted within 365 days of of receipt and refunded in BTR credit only, minus shipping charges. Also,it is true that once a parcel has been shipped we are unfortunately unable to cancel it, however, if you can please email us at social@beyondtherack.com, we'll be happy to make the notes on your account to accept it back to us for a refund as an exception to our returns policy. We will also at the same time be happy to look into your lost parcel and see what we can do to speed up this claim process for you. Please know that we're always here to help! Thank you
