VERY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS, CHEAP IS CHEAP, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. DESIGNER LABELS AS EXPENSIVE AS IN STORES IF NOT MORE, YOU REALLY HAVE TO BE VERY EDUCATED ABOUT WHAT TO PURCHASE.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REFUNDS, ONLY CREDIT, VERY CCNFUSING RETURN POLICY.I HAVE CREDIT FROM THEM AND THE MERCHANDISE IS SOO BAD I CAN NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. AVOID SHOPPING FROM BTR.

We apologize for the negative experience you've had with Beyond the Rack. At BTR we not only pride ourselves on providing brand names at the lowest prices, but we also take a great deal of pride in our Customer Service.
Please note that our return policy is due to the fact that we are not a retailer, we are a private online shopping club. All of our merchandise is ordered specifically as our clients place their orders during the time of the sale. We do not carry stock in our warehouse. Due to this circumstance, all returns are indeed accepted within a 30 day timeline for BTR store credit.
BTR credit does not expire and will remain on your account until you choose to use it.
