    I ordered a wallet from BTR on Aug 15 and they still have not even shipped it out.Today is Sept. 5th! I have inquired about this and they never got back to me so today I sent a message through their live chat. Their response : ..Oh, it should have shipped out, but we will get back to you next week.   • fake gucci soho disco

    I was so excited to buy the gucci soho disco at a discounted price. The shipping took a full month and beyond the rack failed to communicate with me without me being proactive. For $600 I expected a real one. It finally arrived and it was indeed fake. I know this because I recently bought the exact same colour at the gucci store and there are obvious differences like the authenticity cards and logo.   • someome else's order in my parcel -Worst service ever

    I ordered few items for m'y first order. It vas been shipment in few parcels, but one of them had someone else's order inside. The bag was at my name, but the packing slip days the order belongs to someone in a different province. I returned the wrong items directly at the warehouse, but I have been struggling for 6 weeks to her my items!!!! I call every week for a status update, but no one can tell me when I can have what I paid for!!     I have been a BTR customer since 2010. I purchase a lot from them. Boots, coats, scarves, even fondue machines. You name it, and most likely I've bought it. Anyway I recent ordered a red jacket from them. The jacket I recieved looked nothing like the picture and it was not true to size at all. It was extremely big. i sent it back stating that the item was too big and looked nothing at all like the description. I later get credited back for the jacket minus 9.95 for shipping.   • What's all the fuss about

    Hello! I was looking for a place to give a good review for the customer service I have recieved for Beyond the Rack. All I find is mostly negative posts about the site. I find this really hard to believe. I placed my first order with them in June of this year, and have placed MULTIPLE orders since. The only complaint I have is delivery time, but I knew this at the time I placed the order. Two items I ordered weren't available and a refund was applied to my credit card in a timely fashion.   • Disappointed

    I have been a loyal customer of beyond the rack for a few years now.. Up until my last purchase. I broke down and bought a Michael Kors purse and matching wallet. A purchase that I had saved up to buy for months. After it took a month to ship my order I was very excited. When it arrived, a HUGE disappointment.     I was checking the tracking on my order and it had not even shipped yet. I decided that I would cancel the item, especially after reading all the scam reports on this company. I emailed them several times, and tried to call customer service and was on hold for 1 hour, (but they kept telling me that I was #1 on the Q). They charged my account even before it was it scheduled to ship, so I contacted my bank and am disputing the charges since I gave AMPLE notice for cancellation.     I placeed an order on 5/15/14 for Jenni Chan Dufflel bag with black handles. I received the Computer Tote. I emailed customer service twice and did not receive a reply or acknowegment. Upon reading their return policy, shipping price of $5.95 plus return shipping of $9.95 would not be refunded. So it would cost me $16.00 if I return the Computer Tote bag.   • Scam! reporting it to the BBB and my bank

    It is too bad that I allowed myself to be scamed. I placed my order over a month and a half ago. The ship dates continue to be defered with no end in sight. It looks like the shipped one dress of 4 that were ordered, but the tracking states that it was not deliverable as addressed. My mailing address is correct on the profile I entered. I have attempted to call customer service only to sit on hold for almost an hour (twice).   • Horrible Company

    From the very beginning I have had a horrible time with this company. I like how they take your money first and then tell you how long it will take to get your product to you.     I unsubscribed from the email preferences countless times, over a period of about 3 months, yet I continue to get weekly emails. Their customer service is useless. The times when they DID actually reply to me, I was told that they would unsubscribe me and my preferences would be updated within 24 hours. Alas, the emails never stopped. I wrote a review yesterday about sheets I had ordered being of poor quality on a review site like this. I did not contact the company as I did not feel it was worth the bother of complaining and returning the item.   • Beyond the rack - toy sized furniture - NO RETURN POLICY

    The company website highlights its hassle free return policy nd advertises beautiful white leather corbusier chairs. The chairs are lovely --- for children - too small for adults and too close to the ground to be comfortable. The small print - no return - so $800 later I have furniture for a doll house but not my livingroom.   • Poor packaging lead to broken plates and no replacements

    I ordered two boxes of 16 piece Denby plates and found 3 dinner plates and 1 mug broken. Upon contacting them they asked me to send photos of the broken plates and they would replace them or issue a refund. They refunded me alright, 25% of 1 set. This would make sense if it wouldn't cost me nearly $200 to replace those 4 pieces, which was the cost of the entire 16 piece set from BTR.   • By far THE WORST customer service ever!!!!!

    Normally I don't even bother to write a review but this time I feel obligated to warn others of this horrible company. I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter. Beyond the Rack shipped them out on Oct. 25th. I had checked the tracking of these boots to find out that they were being returned to them because they could not deliver them to me.     I've ordered from Beyond the Rack at least 20 times and for the most part, both the customer service and products I've been more than happy with... Most of the items came within the posted time frame; when they didn't, I generally got an update telling me of the change. on the rare occurrence I didn't hear from them, I sent them an email questioning why I didn't get notified there would be a delay. It took 28 days from my order date to receive a Micheal Kors watch I ordered. And when I received it it had finger prints all over it. They couldn't even buff those out before shipment?!     It is impossible to see my previous purchases or credits refund by clicking in my account. So, if they over charged my BTR credits it will be impossible to find prove to show them since buyers have soooo little informations in their account to track. When trying to argue with the customer service, they keep ignoring you. They sent me a resume of my account activities by manually hand writing with plenty of errors (like 25+25=60).     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. Please be aware!!! If you return something to this company, they will NOT REIMBURSE YOU but will give you a CREDIT from their store. I must say their policy is written clearly but somewhat I did not notice it.   • Beyond the Rack in lacking in customer service

    This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I ordered 1000 TC sheets from them and despite the long shipping time, they actually looked pretty good when I got them. After a few washings the bottom sheet pilled so bad it's like sleeping on burlap. Not at all what I expected from 1000 TC sheets. I could have purchased a similar product from Kohl's, Home Goods or BB&B and had no trouble returning if disappointed in the product. I am not the only complaint on these sheets, other on multiple complaint sites. They are still on sale at BTR. I have wasted $70 but will be going to a brick and mortar store to buy from now on! I am a customer of BTR for the last 2 years. I purchase a lot from them. Recently I bought a sunglasses "Tom Ford" but received absolutely different from my order, another words "wrong item". The next day the item was sent back to BTR, it was received on February 11, 2015. Today is March 22, 2015 and I still waiting for refund, they explain it as error, but too much errors:
1) the error in sending wrong item
2) the error in not processing in time of refund, NO FIXED PERIOD of refund IN RETURN POLICY!!!
3) the error that customer representative - Lucky Sarceno promised for refund the first time on March 11, 2015 then promising again on March 18, 2015 saying it was error...

BTR should change the business name for THE ERRORS on Rack that would suite to their current reputation.

I bougth from this company and is true they don't credit the money back to your credit card and for them to accept the return it was hard the shirt that I bougth was ripping when I wash it before use it, okey, so I did not trust their quality and I order some sandals I just got them on this Saturday on Sunday I was going to use one pair and a piece of elastic stay in my hands incredible!!! It's bad enough that I've had to wait for PAID items as long as two months, but to have to wait TWO WEEKS for a CREDIT, from the time returned items are received at BTR, is unacceptable! This is only one of many complaints I have expressed to Customer Service, and, sadly, no one ever bothers to follow-up or address these issues. I buy a lot from BTR (I guess I'm a glutten for punishment), but my frustration level has me seriously considering not purchasing from them any more. There are much better on-line shopping websites that I've dealt with. In fact, HAUTELOOK is awesome! They will actually give you a $20 credit if an item ordered is oversold or becomes unavailable--NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Take note BTR!

Don't shop with Beyond the Rack! The service and quality has gone completely downhill. They used to sell decent stuff and ship within reasonable time. I used to love Beyond the Rack so I gave them many chances to redeem themselves but nothing has improved. My last 5 orders with them have been very disappointing. I'll wait weeks for my items and then they'll tell me one of them is out of stock. The first time this happened, they gave me a refund for the item and a $10 credit...which is okay. Then the same thing happens 3 more times. They give me a refund but no credit. I feel like I got ripped off on the shipping charge since they don't refund that. Also, I spent a lot of time contacting customer service to track down my items and get refunds.
As for quality of their items, it's hit-or-miss. My Michael Kors bag and Kenneth Cole Jacket was fine but most of their clothing or shoes are very poor quality. So basically, unless it's a brand you know, it'll likely be less than expected. The pictures are deceiving. For example, it looks like it fits the model but I'll receive an item that's too large. And you can't tell the quality is so poor in the pictures. There are many times I decided to keep the item to avoid paying the return shipping fee. I won't be shopping here in the future.

Beyond the rack has poor service...I order the wrong jacket call them right back and they say ok they will cancel it. couple days later they send me e-mail saying that the jacket was them right back and they say they can't refund my money if i ever return it i will get store credit only...poor service don't ever use it...

After 8 weeks past and I had heard nothing I called them and they informed me that they wouldn't be shipping it as it was out of stock. Bottom line is that they flat out stole hundreds of dollars from me for an 8 week period. I essentially gave them a zero interest loan for 8 weeks...Effin scammers! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

All of us are basically complaining about the same thing, no, or wrong items sent; long delivery or no delivery; exceptionally long waits for refunds or, no refunds. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who referred my complaint to their Canadian counterparts. I suggest you do the same. BTR has been scamming customers for quite some time because they will wait you out - and never send the product or your refund. Great scam. The best way to do something about this is through their money - The Canadian BBB is investigating them and their previous business, same scam, different name. Just sayin...

Best online company I've ever shopped with
In the past 6 months I"ve made a total of 16 purchases, from high-end watches. Shelves for the kitchen, shoes, Bedding ... I've NEVER been disappointed in their product. Sometimes it's two weeks to ship, others 6 weeks. BUT they always kept me appraised of my order

If I ever emailed them *and I have* I always get same-day response from a customer service rep! It's really for me, the best online shopping experience, I honestly no longer shop on Ebay ... BTR all the way

People only write when mad, so here, I'll write while happy.

I'm a customer of BTR for the past 6 months, I've made a total of 16 purchases in that time from and have NEVER had an issues. Sometimes things will take 2 weeks to get to me, others 6 weeks. I understand this, and have no gripes with it.

There have been times when I've wanted to talk to someone about an order, and I email them, and ALWAYS get a response same-day. Best customer service I've had with online shopping - HANDS DOWN!
